• Impersonating Eternova Tech staff or other players
• Attempting to disrupt or overload our servers

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Virtual Coins: Entertainment Only, No Real Money

All Eternova games are free to play and are offered purely for entertainment. Any coins, chips or points in our games:

• are free virtual items earned or given during gameplay, with no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be purchased with real money;
• cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value;
• exist only to keep score and make gameplay fun.

Our Services do not offer real-money gambling, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or prizes of any kind, and do not link to or promote any real-money gambling service. We may modify or reset virtual coins at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within our Services is the exclusive property of Eternova Tech Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our content.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate such content.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Pokhara, Nepal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
