Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

4. In-Game Purchases & Virtual Items

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual items hold no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within our Services is the exclusive property of Eternova Tech Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our content.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate such content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, virtual items or account progress may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternova Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternova Tech from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Pokhara, Nepal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
