Eternova Tech Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Ludo Hub, Chess Arena, Jhandi Munda, Card Clash, and other games (collectively, the "Services").

Our Promise: We never sell your personal data. Your privacy is our priority.

Important Gameplay Notice: Our Services (including Jhandi Munda, Card Clash, Ludo Hub, and Chess Arena) are intended strictly for entertainment purposes. All gameplay utilizes virtual currency and in-game coins that have no real-world monetary value. We do not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or any opportunities to win real money or physical prizes.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.
  • Game Data: Game statistics, scores, leaderboard rankings, match history, and in-game virtual inventory.
  • Technical Data: Device identifiers (such as Apple IDFA, Android ID, or AAID), IP address, operating system, and hardware specifications.
  • Usage Data: Gameplay analytics, feature usage, user interactions, and session duration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and enhance our games and Services
  • Process leaderboards and display rankings
  • Ensure fair play, prevent cheating, and detect fraudulent activities
  • Respond to support requests and customer inquiries
  • Communicate important updates about Eternova Tech Services
  • Improve user experience, optimize game performance, and serve contextual content

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers & SDKs: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Services. This includes authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple), analytics suites (such as Google Firebase), and mobile advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) used to analyze performance and serve context-based advertising.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect our legal rights and user safety.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption (SSL/TLS), firewalls, and access controls to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Your Rights & Choices (Including Data Deletion)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of your personal data held by us.
  • Correction: Update or rectify inaccurate or incomplete profile information.
  • Deletion (Account Erasure): You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. This can be done directly within the app — navigate to your Profile → Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your account credentials, game statistics, and all personal data are immediately and permanently erased from our systems. This action is irreversible. See Section 12 for full details.
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications or manage tracking preferences.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are strictly directed to and designed for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and mobile identifiers to enhance user experience, analyze gameplay trends, securely authenticate accounts, and administer our Services effectively.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data processing of these external operations.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of Nepal where our cloud database infrastructure resides. We ensure appropriate legal safeguards are maintained to protect your data integrity.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory adjustments. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and providing notices within our apps where applicable.

11. Sign in with Apple — Data Handling

When you choose to sign in using Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple chooses to share: your Apple-anonymized email address (or your real email if you opt in) and your name (first sign-in only). We use this solely to create and manage your game account. We do not share your Apple ID credentials with any third party.

12. Account Deletion

We provide a clear, in-app mechanism for you to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time, with no barriers.

  • How to delete: Open the app → tap your Profile → tap Delete Account → confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
  • What is deleted immediately: Your Firebase Authentication credentials, your Firestore user profile (name, email, username, level, XP, match history, wins), and all game-specific data linked to your account.
  • Apple ID token revocation: If you signed in using Sign in with Apple, your Apple authorization token is immediately revoked with Apple's servers at the time of deletion, as required by Apple's guidelines.
  • Advertising data: Ad-targeting identifiers linked to your session are disassociated upon account deletion. Google AdMob may retain aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data per their own data retention policy.
  • Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All progress, virtual currency, and game history will be permanently lost.
  • Alternative method: If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing eternovatechofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
